We are standing by ready to take your order Monday through Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm. You may order online via our web site any time. We will email you a confirmation when the order is entered.
We can deliver orders anytime of any day. Please consult with our customer service representatives about special rates, and minimums for deliveries before 7:30am, after 5:30pm, and on the weekends.
Delivery charges range from $17.75 and up depending on location. We deliver anywhere in the Houston Metropolitan area, including Kingwood, The Woodlands, Clear Lake, Sugarland and Katy.
Set-up fee will depend on the level of service provided. We can provide set-up ranging from drop off service up to full staff service for any function.
All pricing is per person, unless stated otherwise. Prices and menu items are subject to change and fluctuation. Prices do not include sales tax.
For large event catering, Casas will require a 50% deposit either by cash or credit card to book the function, and hold the date and pricing firm. The balance will be due at the time of the event.
Staff is quoted based on estimated hours. Any additional hours worked will be charged separately after the event.
State sales tax will be applied to the invoice, unless entity is tax exempt in which case we will need a copy of the tax exempt certificate for our files.
We can accommodate cancellations and ask for as much notice as possible. If we incur costs or losses associated with the event prior to execution, we will charge only for those specific costs and refund any deposit accordingly.
Casas Catering carries maximum insurance for general liability, product liability, worker’s accident, umbrella policy, auto and property. Insurance certificates are available upon request.
